Sacred Ground

Facilitator—As Needed

Sacred Ground is a 10-part anti-racism curriculum developed by the Episcopal Church, centered on documentary films, books, and articles designed for small-group reflection and personal transformation. It focuses on deconstructing the “white-washed” European-American histories so many of us have been taught, by offering fact-based histories of Indigenous, Black, Latino, and Asian/Pacific American people, along with personal narratives of their experiences. These histories are accompanied by examinations of white privilege and supremacy, and against the backdrop of religious faith.
